Anaïs Chabeur is an artist, researcher and Palliative Care volunteer* based in Brussels. She is currently working on a two year research project at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp titled « Visions for Crossing ». Anaïs Chabeur works with films, in situ installations, performative objects, and workshops. Her practice cultivates a quality of presence that opens intimacy with materiality and finitude. She creates sensorial encounters where events, gestures, and objects reveal their vibrancy. Care is central to her work, shaping spaces of exchange between the intimate and the collective. She explores the connections between body, time, and transmission, seeking other ways of experiencing.
